January Statements:

December statements are now finalized and posted. The payment that is due by January 15th is for the period December 1-31, 2014.  Any credits/errors/corrections will be processed on the following month's statement.

Winter Guest Fee Rates Now in Effect (Guests limited to visiting 4 times/year):

• $18 for 18 Holes
• $9 for 9 Holes

Email Updates:

We try to update you on the happenings here at the Club on a weekly basis. The Weekly Update email blast is the best method to do this. We email this update every week, but please see below for additional copies. If you are not receiving the email updates, please contact us asap to be sure you are on the email list.

Direct Payments:

We now have the ability to access monthly payments directly through your checking account or credit card. We process all direct payments on the 15th of the month. If you'd like to enroll in this service, please complete the correct form and return to the Club. You can email the form to office@hackerhillgolf.com, fax the form to 7(210) 263-6056 ,or drop the form off during your next visit to the Club.
