My teaching philosophy is easy for every student to understand and apply to his/her own game. I focus on the both the pre-swing and in-swing fundamentals. Keeping it simple is essential for every student regardless of your skill level. My main focus with every student is to start by building a solid foundation/set-up dependent upon the student's physical characteristics. Your swing itself will also be tailored to fit your characteristics, not a "model". When making changes to your swing, I will always explain why it needs to be done and how it will benefit you. Every player should be taught by tailoring his/her game to their primary physical characteristics of strength and flexibility. To really improve you need to practice 3 times a week for 20 minutes. Private lessons are available to all players.
Adult Golf Lessons:
- One hour lesson – $100
- Half hour lesson – $50
Children 13 & Under:
- One hour lesson – $80
- Half hour lesson – $45
Junior Golfers:
Six hours of instructional design to help junior golfers get started. We teach the nine core values of golf (Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, Sportsmanship, Confidence, Courtesy, Judgment, Honesty and Perseverance). Each student will learn the fundamentals of the golf swing including the grip, aiming, posture and stance. Full swing, half swing, chip shot and putting are introduced and practiced in this clinic. This is a great class for youngsters who are just figuring out the game of golf and want to know how to get better. A maximum student to teacher ratio of eight means plenty of personal instruction. We have great summer golf camps, so put us in your plans for the summer. Cost: $210 for 6 hours of instruction, maximum 8 kids (ages 5 to 13).
